My experiences as production manager (5 shift production), BU manager (P&L responsible) and innovation/R&D manager (in different companies and international setting) give me a solid basis for advisory, interim and implementational projects.
I have been working with different cultures and on all levels: I know how to connect with factory workers, senior executives and all levels in-between.
Doing projects (large and small) has been part of my work throughout the years.
In my latest occupation as director innovation I set out the (innovation) strategy, implemented the essential resources for execution of the strategy and initiated the business cases regarding those new product development projects.
Based on those experiences in different branches and on different levels I really believe I can really contribute to projects & transformations in companies and make them more future-proof.
But most important is my personal drive and energy to establish change and growth. What really drives and gives me energy is working with people, listen to them, get the best out of them and make them proud of their work.
I always strive for long term goals, taking the short term successes seriously. The short term successes are the foundation for the long term strategy implementation.
Needless to say that durability and sustainability are keywords for me: we all need to contribute to keeping the world a good and healthy place for now and the future.
