project: new building & production lines
in this project we have build a complete new building with new production lines for pasta production in Eastern Germany.
Not only was it hard to find contractors to build the building to our hygienic standards, but educating and training the people that need to work in the building to keep the building in good condition.
Next to that we purchased new production equipment, fully automized. Here we also had the challenge to train the operators, coming from a mainly manual operated line.
