new control system for electronic products
In this project the company made the first steps in the development of own automated and connected products. existing products were purchased and now we made the step to own development of the hard- en software, that is to say: managed and controlled by the company in order to own the IP.
It gave the opprtunity to develop a specific communication protocoll and get it all under 1 app and 1 platform. Because digitalisation is essential for the future and lots of data will be generated this step was essential. The generated data must be under own control for security reasons, but also to be able to provide the right service level in the future.
The un-availability of chips during this project was a very big issue, but finally we managed to make the transition to our own hard- en software.

electronic door lock with app

this project was to get the new developed (in Isreal) digital lock ready for the Dutch market. All markets have specific requirements and software & hardware needed to be adapted to the local market. Being part of a global development team to ensure the products fit in your local market is a challenge, but NL was one of the first succesfull countries with this product.

the new generation European locks was developed to replace most of the local locks: target: a modular lock series, easy to adapt to local requirements. New technologies & production methods were used to lower the costprice. Hardware was modular and electronics were exchangeable components.
connected pressurization unit

the existing pressurisation unit is used as first product in the development of the companies own hard- en software platform.
With the usage of external companies, but 100% in the lead and control, the new pressurisation unit was launched with more functionalities and a lower costprice.
